We realize owners may be remote in other cities or countries, busy with their day to day items. CPMC management will deal with property issues and always communicate any information back to the owner/s to keep them informed.

Our team has decades of experience in the commercial real estate industry in Southern California. We have seen it all and have the knowledge and expertise to help even in the good times, but also place importance of building reserves and offering advice for when times may become more challenging. 

CPMC experience allows our ability to know each property and all of its elements so maintenance can be performed on time and problems can be identified and resolved quickly. Having our own staff and trusted vendor relationships reduces downtime and unnecessary expenses.
