 CPMC Realty has retained its clients and their properties for decades because we do more than manage well and maintain strong tenant relationships — we listen. Every owner has different needs, and we tailor our commercial property management services accordingly. We don’t offer a one‑size‑fits‑all fee structure. Instead, we provide a flexible range of services that are agreed upon and clearly outlined in our Management Agreement, adjusting as client needs evolve.

Some clients only require accounting and bookkeeping support. Others rely on us solely for lease management. But for most owners, we manage their properties as if they were our own — overseeing every operational detail of the asset and providing monthly or quarterly reporting in the format they prefer.
